Who ARE these guys?
Steve Andrues had absolutely no choice but to become an Aviation enthusiast. He is the son of a former Army Air Corp B-24 navigator who, during World War II, routinely bombed the German factory in which he later discovered his future bride was employed. In the 1970's Steve became involved with the family business, Ni-Cad Systems in Hayward CA. 'The shop' services batteries for the Aviation, Medical and Hobby industries, and holds several FAA PMA's. Steve is an FAA DER and holds both a Private Pilot Certificate and Airframe and Powerplant Certificates, and iwill soon obtain his Inspection Authorization (IA).

Steve's first foray into aircraft restoration came as a high school senior when he unsuccessfully attempted to 'rescue' an F2H-4 'Banshee' jet fighter from the smeltor in Ashville, N.C.
Bill Clark was infected with the Aviation bug at an early age courtesy of Steve. This sent him into a military career which has lasted over 24 years in both the Active and Reserve components of the US Army and has taken him to Germany and the Persian Gulf in addition to many places in the U.S. of A.. He is a military rated aviation mechanic, having worked extensively on the UH-1H/V, OH58A/C, and AH-1G/S/Prod-S helicopters as well as the C-12, U-21, and T-42 fixed wing aircraft. With the recent shuffling of military resources, Bill has left Army Aviation and currently serves in the 91st Division Band in Dublin CA in a number of roles. He holds a Private Pilot Certificate and is persuing his Airframe and Powerplant certificates.

In civilian life, Bill is married to Kimberly (Patton) Clark and lives with her and their son Richard in Martinez, CA, working as a Database Administrator for a local internet company. They attend
